How long do items take to ship?
All of our resin products are made to order, so they are hand made intentionally just for you at your time of purchase. These items are shipped within 3-7 business days (not including weekends). We appreciate your patience during this creative process. For our regular items and accessories, please allow 24-72 hours for shipping. An email with shipping confirmation and tracking information will be sent to you when this special moment happens.
Do you offer custom orders?
Yes! We love fulfilling custom orders. For our regular orders, you have the option to add gold lettering (up to 20 characters), but we also allow customized colors and the addition of images. Please note: custom orders take up 2 weeks to ship depending on the design request.
What is the refund policy?
We take pride in fulfilling customer orders with the soul intention to uplift your energy and make you happy with your purchase. This is our goal so that you will not feel the need to return your personal items. With that being said, refunds are not accepted and all orders are final sale. In the instance of items being damaged during shipping, we will provide store credit. (Please provide images to info@blackgoldecor.com within 24 hours of delivery)
Are my items going to look exactly as pictured?
The beauty about our products are their uniqueness. Although the items will be made up of the same colors or crystals, each will be slightly different from the next. This adds to the personality of our items especially since they are made to order specifically for YOU. There is no other like it!
Do your products contain real crystals?
Absolutely! Our semi-precious crystals are all imported from our favorite gem girl located in New Jersey, USA. Sourcing our crystal supplies from one location ensures the quality and integrity of our crystals. You can trust and believe that your products are infused with high energy stones that will promote only the best along your healing journey.
